Is a proud mom to two boys Nico and Alex. She is the author of the memoir Burnout to Unstoppable and the soon to be published Beat Motherhood Burnout: 7 Self-Care Habits to Reduce Stress and Be Unstoppable.  Claudia is also a motivational speaker, a burnout prevention and stress resilience expert, a women's empowerment coach and a digital course creator.  As the founder of the brand Unstoppable You Wellness, Claudia is on a mission to empower burned out and overwhelmed mothers reclaim their health, rediscover their spark and become UNSTOPPABLE.  Her ultimate dream is to create a global movement to bring awareness to the issue of motherhood and caregiver burnout - from which she is a survivor. 

Along with her books, her women’s empowerment FB community The Unstoppable Mom Project and her digital course platform the Unstoppable You Wellness Academy,  Claudia is quickly establishing herself as an authority on the self-care for women’s empowerment space.

In the past few months, Claudia has appeared on several podcasts and has been a guest speaker at 8 online summits. In her spare time, Claudia is an accomplished endurance athlete who started from scratch (not able to run for more than 2 minutes) at age 41.  She has run 23 marathons, including the six most prestigious marathons in the world (The World Abbott Marathon Majors) and has completed one 70.3 Ironman race. Claudia also loves to practice Yoga and Pilates to relax the body and the mind.
